Our Story

I started this collection because being bi-racial in america can sometime be confusing and hard to find balance within oneself. With that being said, the concept behind the streetwear brand "50-50" is opposites attract while focusing on balance, equality, & unity. My logo shows a right and left triangle forming a complete square for that "50-50“ equal balance. The color palette is inspired by my race. Since I’m African American & Caucasian or “black and white” as some would say, I thought it was only right I incorporate these colors into my collection. I’ve always loved how these two colors are complete opposites yet still make a great collaboration. When joined together they make a dynamic duo! Overall, my goal for this brand is to inspire unity while showing the beauty in opposites.
